  1. 1. Ingest layer: public APIs (ADS-B Exchange, AIS, USGS, OpenSanctions, news RSS, X API if available) + custom scrapers with respect for rate limits and ToS where possible.
  2. 2. Processing: normalization → enrichment (geocode, entity resolve) → scoring → graph write.
  3. 3. Storage: time-series (ClickHouse or Timescale) for live metrics + graph DB for relationships + object store for media.
  4. 4. Serving: FastAPI backend, React/Next frontend, WebSocket for live, public API with keys.
  5. 5. Privacy: all client-side tools pure JS; optional self-host of entire stack via single docker-compose; no third-party trackers.
  6. 6. Governance: publish methodology for TIX and any scores; allow community fork and local overrides.
